There is no way to get this item. Nothing drops it, no shop sells it, and no quest gives it out.

Increases defence of both spouses by a maximum of 30 for 3 hours, if worn by one of them. The effect of the item depends on the percentage of love points. If a couple has, for example, 50% love points, the maximum effect is reduced by half.
