There is no way to get this item. Nothing drops it, no shop sells it, and no quest gives it out.

Hair cut in the Iroquois style. Hair is mohawked with the sides shaved short. Item is tradeable.

What it does

• Cannot be dropped
• Does not stack
• Expires 1 day after it is obtained
• Kept through a hardcore restart while worn in the hair costume slot. One carried in the inventory is lost with everything else.
