There is no way to get this item. Nothing drops it, no shop sells it, and no quest gives it out.

The long hair is knitted into Rasta locks and is then tied together at the back of the head.

What it does

• Cannot be dropped
• Cannot be sold to a shop
• Cannot be traded
• Does not stack
• Cannot be sold in a market stall
• Expires 1 day after it is obtained
• Kept through a hardcore restart while worn in the hair costume slot. One carried in the inventory is lost with everything else.
