Account-wide experience, permanent upgrades, and Extra Lives.
How it works
- Bloodline experience comes from base kill experience, scaled by the server's 400% Bloodline rate. Character EXP bonuses and server double-EXP events do not apply.
- You earn one point at each account level through level 100: 100 points for a lifetime.
- Experience, points, lives, and purchases belong to the account. They survive character death and hardcore restarts, and apply to every current and future character on that account.
- Spent points cannot be refunded. The complete tree costs 174 points, so the 100 lifetime points cannot fill it.

Extra Lives
The first Extra Life arrives at account level 50, then every 10 levels: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200. That is 16 earned lives by level 200. A life is used automatically when a death would end your run; you still take the normal death penalty and respawn.
Last Stand is different: it can stop a killing blow before you die.
Experience and account levels
Level 100 requires 175,061,070,000 total Bloodline experience and completes the 100-point budget. After level 100, each level's experience increment grows by 3% of the previous increment (integer-rounded); these levels grant no more points. The account level cap is 200.
