Use a cape and the monsters around you that are not already fighting stop what they are doing and come for you - about half of them each time, from up to 50 metres away. It is how you gather a crowd to kill at once rather than walking from one to the next.
Each use takes one cape from the stack. A purchase is a full stack of 200, which takes up one slot.
Capes can be traded to another player.
